Finished printing on July 28, 1965 at the Imprimeries Firmin-Didot presses (Mesnil-sur-l´Estrée) and bound at the Bonnet-Madin workshops (Dreux); offset illustrations printed by Jean Grou-Radenez in Paris.
The circulation includes 3,000 copies reserved for members of the Club du Libraire (numbered) and 100 out of sale. Copy for sale number 1788.
